We were lucky enough to score an interview with some lovely ladies, Nikki and Riawna, from the Ken Paves Salon in Hollywood. Between the two of them, they have tons of experience, an amazing knowledge bank on the topic, and a crazy client list to boot (think Lindsay Lohan, Colin Farrell, and Eva Longoria). So I rolled what we got from these two into a week's worth of tips so you can look like you just walked out of the Ken Paves Salon.

Lindsay Lohan's long hair is one of her most recognizable features (aside from her beauty, curves, and much gossiped love life of course). Nikki and Riawna, the Ken Paves Salon Great Lengths extension power team, are the hands behind Lindsay's long, gorgeous locks. So just how do they keep Lindsay's hair looking right?

"She keeps her hair looking long, thick and healthy by using Great Lengths Extensions and Coppola (a permanent smoothing treatment)," the duo says. "She either lets her hair dry naturally for a beachy wave or adds a couple tousled curls with a 1 and 1/4 iron. Nothing too perfect, always a little disheveled – that's just Lindsay ... her signature."

Riawna says you can get Lindsay's look with just a few simple steps.

1. "Smooth the hair." Even if you don't get a Coppola treatment like Lindsay, any smoothing styling mousse will work.

2. "Curl with the iron in a vertical position, wrapping around and using a bigger iron versus a smaller one. Wrap in all different directions to make it look imperfect." And, Nikki notes, "just wrap. Don't even open the clamp. The clamp can make hair kink."

3. Next, grab some surf spray. "Bumble and Bumble makes a good one," says Riawna. Then shake the hair out to get that messy, wavy look.

"This works best on people with long hair that's already wavy or curly," Riawna notes.

We're pretty sure nearly every woman has dreamed of having Gisele's long golden mane of tousled hair. So sexy! And, surprisingly, so easy too! Here's what Nikki and Riawna had to say about getting Gisele's beachy look without styling tools.

Nikki says getting Gisele's beachy look is easy with these simple steps:

1. Towel dry hair and put on 7 Seconds Leave On Conditioner and a curl cream.

2. Use twisties in medium to large sections (find out what "twisties" are here if you don't know) for smoothing curls.

3. Let that dry or use a diffuser. If you diffuse, try not to touch hair and no scrunching! It's best to let it air dry.

4. Break up the hair and then you will have that soft wave.

5. Then use Ken Paves Shine Drops at the end. You can use as much as you want and it doesn't get greasy. I use it like three times a day!

For a little more polish, Riawna suggests taking a 1 ¼ inch curling iron and wrapping large sections around it. "This gives a little more polish but still has a rumpled look." But just wrap the hair and "don't even open the clamp," she warns. "It will give hair kinks."

How do they do it? Celebrities we mean. With their shiny, ultra bouncy curls. Shoot, if we could have curls like that we'd do them up every day! We can have curls like that?! Say what?

Yes, it's possible to get ultra glamorous curls that bounce and stay put all at once!

Here's what you need:

• Volumizer• Round brush• 1¼ inch curling iron• Bobby pins• Hairspray
Here's how:

1. Spray hair all over with volumizer.

2. Blow dry with a round brush.

3. Roll small sections around a 1¼ inch curling iron, setting into pin curls as you go. Stop about three inches from roots.

4. Gently blast hair with cool air to set the curls.

5. Remove pins. Gently brush out curls. Spray layers closest to head to keep the outer layer sleek.

MAKEUP: Pat McGrath (not pictured) for CoverGirl and MAX Factor
BEAUTY SNAPSHOT: McGrath created a Gigi-inspired, "beautifully eccentric" look for the Anna Sui show, with thick black liner, rosy cheeks, shimmer, and luscious lips. Here's how to put it all together:

THE SCOOP: After prepping the skin with the usual basics, put on lots of black liner all around the eyes; use it on the inside edges of your lower and upper lashes, and smudge it outward. McGrath opted against mascara to keep the look "dreamy," and not too harsh. Use a subtle, shimmery eyeshadow, and also dab shimmer under the brow. Swirl a rosy creme blush onto the apples of the cheeks and blend toward the hairline just under the cheekbone. Then add shimmer to the cheekbones, too. Lastly, use a long-lasting stain on the lips, but hit it with gloss just before you go out!

GET THE LOOK: Use CoverGirl Lipstain, MAXeye Liner, and CoverGirl Wetslicks Lipgloss in Clear Radiance.
Backstage at Anna Sui

SHOW: Marc Jacobs MAKEUP: François Nars, Founder and Creative Director of NARS Cosmetics BEAUTY SNAPSHOT: Nightclubbing, circa 1984

THE SCOOP: After a 10 year hiatus, NARS creator François Nars made a triumphant return to mastermind the makeup at Marc Jacob's Fall 2009 Fashion Show. And what a show it was. Far and away the most colorful show so far this season, the makeup played off the broad shoulders and neon hues in Marc Jacob's 80's nightclub inspired collection with bold, bright makeup that channeled everything 80's, from The Palmer Girls to Girls Just Want Have Fun-era Cyndi Lauper to the cover of Duran Duran's Rio album. It was no easy undertaking: Sixty-five different models walked on the MJ runway (the usual is around 20!), and François Nars created custom looks for each girl, considering each model's individual beauty before creating and edgy look that conjured up the 80's in a modern way. "We are doing quite an eclectic look," he said. The inspiration for diversity came from Nars' book XRAY. "[Marc] wanted to keep that feeling," said Nars, "the variety of looks, the same way we do the campaigns for NARS." Like many of the other shows this week, the underlying message was optimism - using fashion and beauty to have fun despite the economy. And unlike a Marc Jacobs mesh bodysuit, a red NARS lipstick is a whimsy we can actually afford.

GET THE LOOK: Strong eyes and bold color were a major theme, while skin was contoured and theatrical. Black shadow laid the foundation for creating the dramatic eye, to which the artists added a rainbows of Nars Eye Shadows in cobalt blues, deep greens, bright purples, reds, fuchsias, and glitter. "There is a wide variety of color," said Nars, "it's whatever looks good on the girl." For many of the models, porcelain skin was a key component, allowing the black eyes and bright colors to pop. "You want to play with makeup," says Nars, "makeup is a great accessory - that is the message."

SHOW: Max Azria MAKEUP: Gucci Westman for Revlon HAIR: Laurent Philippon for Bumble and Bumble BEAUTY SNAPSHOT: Gothic romantic warrior

THE SCOOP: "This season feels fresh, confident and optimistic," said Westman. "People are conscious and aware that everything will be OK, but at the same time you don't want anything that's too opulent. I'd feel odd doing a look that's extra rich and polished at the moment." Max Azria's collection featured very detailed clothing with lots of black, and Westman created a certain hardness in the girls, to look appropriate in the clothing. Eyes were the focal point with lots of black kohl, with gloss on top of the lids for shine. Skin shimmered with highlighter, and lips were nude but healthy with a dab of balm. The hair looked gorgeous in a tousled, twisted bun. "I wanted the hair to look tight but nothing too slick and finished," said hair stylist Laurent Philippon. "I wanted it to look very organic."

GET THE LOOK - MAKEUP: Revlon Matte Eye Shadow in Vintage Lace, Revlon Colorstay Eye Shadow Quad in Sultry Smoke and Sterling Rose, Revlon Matte Lux Color Kohl Eyeliner in Black Truffle, Revlon 3D Extreme Mascara in Blackest Black.

GET THE LOOK - HAIR: Philippon spritzed hair with Bumble and Bumble Prep, before sectioning hair into about five different braids and blowing them dry with a hairdryer. This tactic gave the hair amazing wave and texture. Philippon removed the braids, ran Bumble and Bumble Styling Wax through the hair and separated the top section into a twist. He wound the bottom section into a bun, to which he joined the twisted top section, fastening them together with bobby pins.

BEAUTY SHAPSHOT: Mother Nature's DaughterTHE SCOOP: Beauty at Lela Rose's Fall 2009 show was intense and insect-inspired. Makeup artist Tina Turnbow created a smoky, dewy eye in shades of rich emerald and gold, meant to emulate a beetle's iridescent shell. An ultra-sheer wash of antique gold on nails added to the overall lost-in-the-rainforest sheen. Following the theme, stylist Ted Gibson created long, tousled ponytails with a slight pouf at the crown, referencing the horned back of a beetle. Gibson said the creative collaboration between the designer and beauty team was "fantastic."

"A lot of people are copying this or copying that, but Lela's not like that at all, so it's great to have that process with her."

What is your fashion history with Catherine Holstein? Cate ... err ... sorry!Catherine and I are the oldest friends! I love to shop with her because she has a phenomenal sense of style, and it really comes through in this collection. If you designed a clothing line how close to Catherine's would it be? It would definitely not be as cool or as fashionable.

Which of the newest pieces are are we most likely to see you wearing?Well, I'm actually wearing one of her shirts right now, not sure if it's new but other than that I love the low cut, black crushed velvet dress.

SHOW: Richie RichMAKEUP: Kabuki for M.A.CHAIR: Jeanie Syfu for TRESemmeBEAUTY SNAPSHOT: Marylin Monroe meets Edie Sedgwick

THE SCOOP:The season marked the return of a Richie Rich designed collection to NY Fashion Week, but the fashion darling was not back as one half of Heatherette. He was instead presenting a solo collection. While the clothes were noticeably more wearable than his Heatherette fantasy pieces, the hair and makeup stayed true to his previous label's sense of fun. As hairstylist Jeanie Sayfu explained "the inspiration was about Marylin Monroe and Marie Antoinette and how they became more refined as they got older. The show is going to be telling the story of a cool punk rock chick growing up and become a polished woman." For the punk side Sayfu created a cornrow-sided faux mohawk and for the refined women a full-bodied curl set. To recreate the curled look on your own Sayfu says "Teasing is a really cool technique to add volume to any curl set. For a less dramatic result, don't tease it all the way to the end, but tease it at the root before you set the curl. The heat actually activates the tease so you get this really pretty full set of curls as you brush it out."

The makeup team took their inspiration from the imagined meeting of two beauty icons, Marylin Monroe and Edie Sedgwick. The result is a look that's big and bold but also playful "almost like the two of them did each other's makeup" explained the M.A.C lead artist. To take the look off the runway the M.A.C team suggests you "only line the bottom of the eye and then do a strong brow. Anyone with that hard pulled down smoky eye automatically has a bit of attitude in their look. To get a smoky bottom eye use a soft eyeliner and then a fine brush to smudge it and smoke it out."

At last night’s American Latin Music Awards, Eva Longoria kept the audience entertained with multiple dress changes–something the star is known for.

However, we didn’t expect that Longoria would wear three one-shoulder dresses, nor did we expect that two would be from the same designer–Gustavo Cadile.

Cadile provided a green tafetta number, as well as a custom pink tulle gown.

While poufy dresses can be prom-like in real life, Longoria can really do no wrong.

The actress–and former fitness instructor–maintains an incredible bod. She’s even presented awards in the past wearing a bathing suit on live televison.

Nothing but love, Eva!
